Hey ladies! My name is Kelsey Chan or Kchan. I am from Honolulu, HI where I played volleyball for Moanalua Highschool as an outside hitter. I then went to Gonzaga University to complete my undergraduate studies and receive my BS in Civil Engineering. I played club volleyball for Gonzaga as a libero! I am not at Oregon State completing my MS in Civil and Construction Engineering. I love eating, playing with dogs, yelling, laughing, telling jokes, being silly, meeting new people, construction engineering, traveling, and of course volleyball (duh!). I look forward to meeting all of you and helping you ladies kick some butt this season! Hi everyone!
My name is Ella Hickcox and I am currently a senior studying Public Health. I am originally from Portland, OR, and I attended St. Mary's Academy where I played as a ds. I transferred to Oregon State from Colorado State my sophomore year which is when I found the wonderful women of OSU club volleyball! I played as a libero my sophomore year, but my junior year I decided not to play and instead I was the treasurer for the club. I am excited to bring in my experience from having various roles in this club into my coaching this year. Aside from Public Health, I have also worked in animal care throughout high school and college at humane societies, animal boarding facilities, and veterinary clinics! My favorite animal is a polar bear, but because I can't have one as a pet, I settled for getting a dog. I love the snow, so I am excited for winter tournaments to (hopefully) snowy places! I can't wait to see where this season takes us!
