HOW MANY PLAYERS ARE ON THE TEAM ROSTER?
Black team ranges from 10-12 people. Orange team depends on the number of players who tryout, but is usually 9-12 players.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Travel players are expected to pay $300 total. If the black team goes to nationals, there maybe another fee to pay for travel. Practice players pay $25 per term. While our club is significantly more affordable than high school clubs, we understand that many people have a hard time paying $300 up front. We are able to work out confidential payment plans for those who need extra assistance.
WHEN/WHEREÂ ARE PRACTICES?
Fall Term:
Sundays 7-9pm
Tuesday/Thursdays 6-8pm
First official open gym is Tuesday of week 1 (Sep. 26th)

Winter Term:
Usually held in Langton Hall

Usually held in McAlexander Field House and the Dixon beach courts.

WHERE ARE TOURNAMENTS?
PIVA tournaments:
PIVA is the region which our club plays for. We travel to other states such as Washington, California, and Idaho. We also usually host one tournament a year. There are usually 4-6 tournaments every year.
Nationals:
If we have a particularly good season, we have the very cool opportunity to go to nationals. The location of nationals changes every year. 2016 nationals was in Louisville, Kentucky. 2017 nationals was in Kansas City, Missouri. Nationals 2018 is planned to be in St. Louis, Missouri.
WHAT ARE THE TRAVEL TEAM EXPECTATIONS?
On the travel teams, players are expected to show up to every practice and be ready to commit to the tournaments. Players are expected to pay their dues in order to be eligible to play in tournaments. Players should be respectful to coaches and other players. Volleyball should be a priority.
WHAT IS A PRACTICE PLAYER?
If you are unable/do not want to travel to tournaments, we still have an opportunity for you to be apart of the club! For $50 a term, you can come and go to practices as you please. This allows the player more flexibility with their schedule, while they are still able to be apart of the club. Practice players are still apart of the family!
